Controlled high-vacuum metal melting and purification

01 / Raw Material Preparation

Metal melting, alloying, and purification

Different metals require different process routes. According to melting point, vapour pressure, activity, impurity profile, and target purity, we combine vacuum melting, distillation, suspension melting, and electron-beam melting. Zone refining is available through specialist partners when required.

Critical operations use customized or modified high-vacuum equipment to improve vacuum stability and process compatibility, helping reduce oxidation, volatile loss, inclusions, and defects associated with insufficient vacuum conditions.

02 / Powder Metallurgy

Powder preparation under a protected atmosphere

Imported powder-making and screening equipment supports controlled preparation and particle-size classification. Our non-hydrogen-decrepitation and non-ball-milling route operates under an inert atmosphere to reduce oxidation and minimize contamination that may be introduced by conventional mechanical crushing or milling.

Years of powder-manufacturing experience provide a practical foundation for powder metallurgy, functional powders, and subsequent forming processes.

03 / Plastic Working

Structure refinement and target orientation control

Large-tonnage hot-rolling equipment is combined with material-specific temperature windows and deformation routes. Professional rolling processes help densify the material, refine internal grains, and control grain orientation and structural uniformity in target materials.

This controlled structure provides a more stable foundation for subsequent machining and thin-film deposition applications.

04 / Precision Machining

Material-specific precision machining

Customized machining equipment, including five-axis machining centres, supports circular, rectangular, and complex custom geometries. Our machining team selects suitable tools, cutting parameters, and fixturing methods according to hardness, ductility, brittleness, and surface sensitivity.

The objective is to maintain dimensional accuracy while reducing edge chipping, deformation, surface damage, and processing contamination.

05 / Final Preparation

Cleaning, surface protection, and packaging

Finished products are cleaned and packed in a Class 1,000 clean environment. Ultrasonic cleaning, dedicated cleaning procedures, and customized packaging equipment help control residues, particles, and secondary contamination.

For large targets and surface-sensitive materials, we provide specialized target cleaning and protective-film application, together with vacuum, inert-gas, moisture-controlled, or other material-specific packaging.
