Jiangxi Viilaa Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (“Viilaa”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact us about our materials and services.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry form or contact us directly, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone or WeChat details, and material or project requirements. The inquiry is transmitted to and stored on our website server so that we can respond, prepare quotations or technical communications, and maintain our business correspondence.
Technical information and third parties
The website stores your language preference in your browser so pages can be shown in Chinese, English, or Korean. We use first-party, cookie-free measurement on our own server to understand page visits, referral domains, broad region when available, device category and inquiry-form completion. We do not use this measurement for advertising or cross-site tracking, and do not store names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry contents or raw IP addresses in analytics records. Detailed anonymous events are retained for up to 90 days, and daily aggregate statistics for up to 13 months. On the location page, an IP-country lookup is used to choose Baidu Maps for visitors in mainland China and Google Maps for visitors elsewhere. The relevant service may receive technical information such as your IP address; its use of information is governed by its own policy.
How long we keep information
For ordinary inquiries that do not result in a transaction, we normally retain the inquiry and related correspondence for three years after the last communication. Customers whose inquiry results in a transaction, and records marked as important, are retained separately for the ongoing business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. Invalid or spam inquiries are archived and reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Deletion is subject to manual review, and records may be retained longer where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or requested by you for continued business contact.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with personnel or service providers who need it to support communications, quotations, or delivery, or where required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle.
