Applications

Used for semiconductor wafers, chip packaging, PCB thin-film circuits, and electrodes for electronic components. It can also be evaporated for electromagnetic shielding layers, optical infrared reflective films, and lithium battery current collector coatings. Co-evaporation with other metals enables alloy films for optoelectronic, aerospace, and research coating needs.
