Applications

Used for laser crystal coatings, semiconductor high-temperature-resistant transition layers, microwave YIG magnetic films, and optical protective coatings. It can also be co-evaporated with other metals to prepare rare-earth alloy films, thermal-barrier coating underlayers, and optoelectronic laboratory research samples.
