Applications

蒸镀磁性薄膜，多用于磁光存储、低温磁制冷器件、核磁相关传感元件与半导体磁性功能层。可与其他稀土共蒸制备稀土合金膜，也用于中子屏蔽镀层、红外光电探测涂层及前沿量子科研薄膜试样制备。

Used for evaporated magnetic films, including magneto-optical storage, low-temperature magnetic refrigeration devices, nuclear-magnetic-related sensors, and semiconductor magnetic functional layers. It can be co-evaporated with other rare earths to prepare rare-earth alloy films and is also used for neutron-shielding coatings, infrared photodetector coatings, and advanced quantum research film samples.

광자기저장장치, 저온자기냉동장치, 핵자기 관련 센서, 반도체 자기기능층 등 증발자성필름에 사용됩니다. 이는 희토류 합금 필름을 제조하기 위해 다른 희토류와 공동 증발될 수 있으며 중성자 차폐 코팅, 적외선 광검출기 코팅 및 고급 양자 연구 필름 샘플에도 사용됩니다.
