Applications

主要用于光通信掺铒放大薄膜、2940nm医疗激光晶体基底、红外光电传感镀层。 可搭配其他稀土共蒸合金膜，同时用于半导体过渡层、量子光芯片及光学仪器镀膜、实验室科研试样制备。

Mainly used for erbium-doped optical communication amplification films, 2940 nm medical laser crystal substrates, and infrared optoelectronic sensor coatings. It can also be co-evaporated with other rare earths for alloy films and used for semiconductor transition layers, quantum photonic chips, optical instrument coatings, and laboratory research samples.

주로 에르븀 첨가 광통신 증폭 필름, 2940nm 의료용 레이저 크리스탈 기판 및 적외선 광전자 센서 코팅에 사용됩니다. 또한 합금 필름용으로 다른 희토류와 함께 공증착할 수 있으며 반도체 전이층, 양자 광자 칩, 광학 기기 코팅 및 실험실 연구 샘플에 사용할 수 있습니다.
