Applications
光通信光子芯片掺铒光放大薄膜（EDFA/片上光波导），红外光无源器件镀膜，和量子光转换薄膜 铒离子相干寿命长，用于微波-光量子信号转换薄膜，适配量子通信芯片研发。
Used for erbium-doped optical amplification films in optical communication photonic chips, including EDFA and on-chip waveguides, as well as infrared passive optical device coatings and quantum optical conversion films. Because erbium ions have long coherence lifetimes, the material is suitable for microwave-to-optical quantum signal conversion films and quantum communication chip research.
